5/27/09 Tankless electric unit replaced with current production unit. Unit thermistors calibrated by manufacturer at FSEC. Tested with draw at 2:35 PM. Thermostat adjustment up slightly at 4:30 PM.

6/1/09 ASHRAE 90.2 Draw proifle program downloaded to CR10X at 4:50 PM. Very fine adjustments made to flat plate solar collector tank thermostats. Adjusted mixing valve slightly (lower settting) on Solar PV system.

6/15/09 Download to CR10X logger/controller program with Building America/NREL June hot water draw profile.

6/26/09 Natural gas 40 gal. system down 6/25 for water inlet distribution manifold leak repair. Schedule on all other systems disrupted 6/26 between 9:30 and 12:30 PM. Operation restored on NG 40 gallon tank at 3:30 pm.

10/14 - 10/14/09 Natural Gas tank meter went thru a series of fixes. Good known data leading to Eff=0.56 begins on Oct. 15, 2009

10/20 - 10/22/09 Flat plate PV system down, check valve removed and cleaned, air shred valve adjusted, solenoid valve replaced. Last good Eff = 1.8 on Sat. 10/17.

6/22/10 Heat Pump Water Heater was connected and started on Default Hybrid Mode. Initial 2.6 Amps @ 10:50AM, 2.9 Amps at 11:50. Shed temp 87.1 F HP discharge air temp 67.5 F.

6/23-6/30/10 Disconnected bottom element to 50 gal on ICs system. A series of thermostat adjustments were made to bring water temperature to ~120 F.

7/1/10 Replaced flow regulator on reference 50 gal. electric water heater.

7/1-7/2/10 Replaced flow regulator on Pv flat plate solar system and installed new SID20 pump with 20 Watt PV panel.

7/6/10 Lowered thermostat setting on ICs/50 gal. system due to 128 F delivery temperature deviation shown on July 5th resulting in higher electric demand (6.9 kwh).

7/14/10 Heat Pump Condensate measurement added (ch 53) at 4:30 PM -- grams of water.

7/30/10 HWS Lab Relative Humidity (RH%) sensor added at noon (12:00 pm), installed on north wall at 56 inches from floor (about same height as HP compressor).

8/9/10 Turned ICS/50 gallon tank upper element thermostat up a notch (...having trouble dialind 125F setpoint).

8/12/10 Installed 2nd 20W PV module (now 40 watt) to SID20 pump with string diode arrangement for overvoltage protection.

8/16/10 Adjusted ICS/50 gallon upper element thermostat up again. Made adjustment to PV pumped system mixvalve down slightly.

9/10/10 Begin standby loss testing on Nat. gas 40 gallon tank.

9/14/10 Repositioned gas meter pulset at ~1:30 PM.

9/17/10 Downloaded new HWS_SEP_HP.csi program to logger at 5:14 PM.

9/22/10 Thermostat set to ~130 on Nat. gas tank.
