A project by Steven Winter Associates, Inc.
Steven Winter Associates, Inc. (SWA) and Western Massachusetts Electric Company (WMECO) have begun a partnership to investigate the benefits of a "zero energy homes." The home pictured below is one of the first results of the partnership. With funding from the Department of Energy's Building America Zero Energy Homes program, SWA is monitoring the performance of the home and its energy systems. For more information on the project, visit SWA's website.
